We look forward to learning about you through your application.

Glenmore University follows a continuous admissions process, allowing prospective students to apply at any time during the year. Accepted students may only begin their coursework at the start of a new semester.

Admission Process

Step 1: Initial Inquiry and Admissions Consultation

  • Prospective students submit an initial inquiry through the university’s website or contact the Admissions Office.
  • An Admissions Advisor conducts an interview (via phone, video call, or email) to discuss the applicant’s background, career goals, and eligibility for the program.

Step 2: Submission of Application Materials

Applicants must submit the following:

  • A completed online application form
  • Official transcripts from all previously attended institutions
  • Proof of English language proficiency (if applicable)
  • A statement of purpose detailing career goals and motivation for pursuing the program
  • An updated résumé or CV

  • Applications meeting the minimum requirements are forwarded to the Chief Academic Officer (CAO) or Academic Dean for evaluation.
  • The CAO or Academic Dean will assess each application to determine whether the applicant meets the program’s academic and admission criteria. At their discretion, the CAO or Academic Dean may request an admissions interview to further evaluate an applicant’s qualifications.

Step 4: Admission Decision

  • The Chief Academic Officer or Academic Dean has final authority over admissions decisions.
  • If an applicant meets all requirements, the Director of Student Admissions will recommend the applicant for admission.
  • If an applicant does not meet the eligibility criteria, they will receive a written notification explaining the reason for the denial. Applicants who do not meet the academic requirements may be advised on how to improve their qualifications for future consideration.

Step 5: Enrollment Agreement and Course Registration

  • Admitted students must sign and submit the Enrollment Agreement (EA) within the deadline specified by the university to confirm their acceptance.
  • Students who do not submit the EA within the given timeframe will be considered as having declined the admissions offer.
